Goa, Dec. 23 -- Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has praised the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for its role in reviving Nalanda University, calling it one of the government's lesser-known but significant achievements. His remarks came after attending the Nalanda Literature Festival 2025 in Rajgir, Bihar, where he inaugurated the event along with Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan.
