India, Feb. 25 -- Tension has erupted in Sattari after several residents voiced strong objections to alleged remarks made by Rajdeep Naik, claiming the statements have hurt the sentiments of their community.

Aggrieved locals have expressed displeasure over the comments and stated that they intend to approach the Valpoi Police Station to file a formal complaint against him. Residents said the alleged remarks have caused unrest in the area and demanded appropriate action.

Police officials are expected to examine the complaint once it is formally submitted and take necessary steps as per the law.
