Goa, April 27 -- In a significant land-use decision, the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Board in Goa has approved the restoration of nearly 11 lakh square metres of land at Vazri in Pernem to No Development Zone (NDZ) status. TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane said the move aims to reverse earlier zoning classifications and strengthen environmental safeguards.
