Goa, Sept. 23 -- The Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes has teamed up with trade associations and stakeholders to ensure that benefits from the newly implemented GST reforms are fully passed on to consumers in Goa. The initiative was outlined in a GST-Trade Circular issued by Commissioner of State Taxes S S Gill, which instructs businesses and industry representatives to reflect GST rate reductions and cost savings in the final prices charged to buyers. Officers across all eight ward offices have been tasked with supporting taxpayers during the transition.
