Goa, May 27 -- C Joseph Vijay on Wednesday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi in a politically significant interaction that comes just weeks after the actor-turned-politician assumed office in Tamil Nadu.

The meeting, held at Seva Teerth in the national capital, lasted for around 25 minutes and has sparked fresh political discussions over the changing dynamics between the Centre and Tamil Nadu's new leadership. This was reportedly the first known meeting between Vijay and Modi in nearly 12 years.
