Goa, Aug. 21 -- The Supreme Court, by a brief order, declined to grant interim relief to a developer against the judgment of the Bombay High Court at Goa dated June 23, 2025, in the matter of the Outline Development Plans (ODPs) of five coastal villages in Bardez taluka.

By its earlier order dated July 22, 2025, the Supreme Court had refused to stay the High Court judgment during hearings on special leave petitions (SLPs) filed by the Goa government and the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department. Instead, the apex court had passed a status quo order.
