MAPUSA: St Xavier's High Secondary School, Mapusa, proved to be too good as they drubbed St Joseph High School, Calangute, by 7-0 margin to emerge champions in the U-17 Boys Subroto Mukherjee football tournament organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs at GFA ground, Duler, here, recently.

For St Xavier's High Secondary School Sunil Hansda did most of the damage scoring four goals, while Durgesh Kodbal, Johnson Rana and Brendon Fernandes scored.

Meanwhile, Xavier's High Secondary School, Mapusa, outplayed Assagao Union High School by 3-0 margin to emerge champions in the U-17 Girls Subroto Mukherjee football tournament.
