Goa, July 22 -- Amid concerns raised by opposition legislators regarding the selection of questions during the Assembly session, Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar clarified that the process is conducted impartially through a lottery system and does not favour any political party.
Speaking in response to allegations of bias, Tawadkar said, "Questions for discussion in the Assembly session are decided by drawing lots. Since the ruling MLAs are greater in number, there's a possibility that more of their questions get selected, but that's a natural outcome of the process - not manipulation."
