Goa, Oct. 23 -- The South Goa Advocates Association has warned of a larger agitation if authorities fail to streamline mutation and partition procedures and fix accountability for delays in revenue offices.

The association said that 210 mutation cases were cleared by a Mamlatdar within half a day following its intervention. It questioned why these cases had remained pending for months or even years and called for accountability over the delays in processing such matters.
