Goa, Aug. 2 -- Pedestrians navigating through Goa's capital are facing increasing risks, as footpaths around the busy Patto area continue to deteriorate without any intervention from authorities. Many sections of the walkways are reportedly sinking, dug up, or riddled with pits and uneven surfaces, making them hazardous for daily commuters.
Residents and office-goers in the area have raised concerns about the poor condition of the footpaths, which are not only inconvenient but also pose a serious risk of falls and injuries - especially to the elderly and children.
