Goa, April 15 -- A senior citizen from Margao has alleged poor service at the local post office after being asked to resubmit a form for a new debit card, despite obtaining it from another branch within the same postal network.
According to the complaint, the elderly man visited the India Post office in Margao to submit a request for a new debit card linked to his son's savings account, after the existing card had expired. As his son was unable to visit in person, the senior citizen had earlier collected the application form from the Fatorda post office, filled it, and returned to submit it at the Margao branch.
