Goa, Aug. 14 -- The Goa State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) will conduct a site inspection of the proposed Rs.270-crore twin observation towers atop the new Zuari Bridge before deciding on the project's Environmental Clearance (EC). The inspection is aimed at giving the committee an assessment of the site and the project's potential environmental impact. SEAC's decision will follow its evaluation of the proposed development and its implications for the surrounding area. The site visit is expected to help the committee determine whether the project meets required environmental requirements before granting or considering clearance.
