RAIA: Sao Jose de Areal proved too strong for a spirited United Boys of Dando Colva outfit, registering a commanding 2-0 win to advance to the next round of the 34th Super Soccer Football Tournament, played at the Benaulimpanchayat ground.

The hosts, Colva, began with intensity, unsettling Areal with their fluid attacking play. Their golden opportunity came in the 25th minute when Shanon missed an open goal, failing to convert what could have been the opener. Despite Colva's dominance, the first half ended goalless, with the home side appearing the more threatening.
