Goa, Oct. 31 -- Former India cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar has sold an 8,050-square-metre land parcel in Alibaug, Maharashtra, to automotive marketplace CarTrade Tech Limited for Rs.22.40 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The property is located in Dhokawade village in Alibaug taluka of Raigad district. The transaction was registered on October 27, 2026, with CarTrade Tech paying stamp duty of Rs.1.344 crore and registration fees of Rs.30,000.

According to the registration documents, the deal covers the 8,050-square-metre land parcel along with two existing residential structures. CarTrade Tech was represented in the transaction by its authorised signatory, Vinesh Mahabal Kuckian.
