Goa, Oct. 18 -- Residents of Korgao and Parsem have raised concerns over large potholes on the Korgao-Parsem village road, highlighting the slow progress of repairs despite a government promise to complete the work within 15 days.
Locals, including Korgao resident Naresh Kambli and Parsem ex-sarpanch Gurudas Pandey, expressed frustration that a week has passed since the announcement, yet the Public Works Department (PWD) has been reportedly busy widening a 15-meter road in Morjim instead of addressing the urgent potholes.
The condition of the road has caused inconvenience and safety concerns for daily commuters, prompting calls from the community for immediate action to fulfill the Chief Minister's promise.
