Goa, Oct. 2 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday issued a stern warning to Pakistan, stating that any misadventure in the Sir Creek region would invite a "decisive response" that could alter both history and geography.

Addressing soldiers in Gujarat's Bhuj on the occasion of Dussehra, Singh said the Indian military had successfully achieved all objectives of Operation Sindoor, adding that the aim was to neutralise terrorism, not escalate a war. He also performed a traditional shastra puja (worship of weapons).
