Goa, Sept. 7 -- A year ago, Yuvraj Soni left his hometown of Raipur for Delhi with a clear vision: to earn a commerce degree and build a career as a chartered accountant. That pursuit came to a heartbreaking end when the multi-storey paying guest (PG) accommodation where he resided collapsed in Delhi's Satya Niketan area. Yuvraj was among seven people who lost their lives in the structural failure.
