India, Feb. 14 -- A fire broke out at an under-construction fish cold storage plant located in the industrial estate at Nessai, Sao Jose de Areal, on Friday. Thick smoke was seen billowing from the premises, causing panic among workers and nearby units. Firefighters rushed to the spot but reportedly took nearly an hour to reach due to delays caused by the newly built height barrier at the railway crossing in Nessai. The obstruction hampered the movement of the fire tender, leading to concerns among locals and industrial workers
