Goa, July 12 -- The Village Panchayat of Queleossim has decided to challenge the provisional No Objection Certificate (NOC) granted to M/s Movaj Enterprises for its proposed floating recreational platform, park and resort project. If necessary, the panchayat will move the High Court to oppose the development.The decision was taken unanimously at a special Gram Sabha attended by Cortalim MLA Anton Vas, panchayat members, local residents and Parish Priest Fr. Miguel Pereira.
