India, Feb. 9 -- In Tarn Taran, Punjab, a law college classroom became the site of a devastating tragedy when Sandeep Kaur, a promising first-year student, was shot dead by her classmate Prince Raj. The victim's sister revealed that Raj had been obsessively threatening Kaur, warning her that if she did not accept him, he would not allow her to be with anyone else. The shooting occurred during a phone conversation between the sisters. Raj then attempted to take his own life and remains in critical condition. The grieving family has demanded accountability from the college, questioning how such a lapse in security allowed a firearm inside.
