Goa, Sept. 22 -- Pernem police arrested 38-year-old Deepak Kumar for possessing narcotics worth approximately INR 80,000 at Pethechawada, Corgao. The Delhi native, currently residing in Arambol, was caught during a raid on Saturday night. Authorities recovered 654 grams of suspected ganja valued at INR 65,000 and 13 grams of suspected charas worth INR 15,000, hidden in the scooter's dickey.
