Goa, April 14 -- A viral video from Bhopal Junction has sparked controversy after a passenger accused railway booking staff of unfair practices during Tatkal ticket issuance. The clip shows a heated exchange between a man standing in a token-based queue and a female ticket clerk, whom he alleges bypassed the queue system to serve a suspected agent ahead of waiting passengers.
