Goa, June 2 -- India could face a severe shortage of skilled blue-collar workers within the next five years, according to Ritesh Jain, founder of Canada-based macro trends research firm Pinetree. In a recent LinkedIn post, Jain warned that plumbers, electricians, carpenters, drivers, nurses and caregivers may become increasingly difficult to find in India as developed nations ramp up efforts to recruit workers from abroad.
