Goa, Oct. 29 -- Former Union Minister of State and Pasighat West MLA Ninong Ering has called for dialogue with stakeholders on the Pre-Feasibility Report (PFR) of the proposed Siang project, stressing the need to assess its potential impact on local communities, particularly amid China's dam construction activities.

Ering said the report was necessary to understand the project's possible consequences, including the areas that could be submerged and the impact on people living in the affected regions.
