NEET-UG RETEST 2026 NTA ISSUES FRAUD ALERT, URGES STUDENTS TO DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARDS
Goa, June 19 -- The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a fresh advisory for candidates appearing in the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination, urging them to remain alert against fraudulent messages, fake emails and misleading communications ahead of the test scheduled for June 21.
The agency said it is sending reminder SMS messages, emails and WhatsApp notifications to candidates who have not yet downloaded their admit cards. At the same time, it cautioned students not to trust unofficial messages claiming to be from the NTA.
The NEET-UG examination, conducted for admission to undergraduate medical courses, was originally held on May 3. However, the exam was cancelled on May 12 following allegations of a paper leak. The matter is currently...
