Goa, Oct. 30 -- While campaigning in Bihar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi reignited his allegations of "vote chori," asserting that the NDA came to power through election rigging in 2024. "If the votes weren't stolen, INDIA bloc would have been ruling the country," Rahul said during rallies in Nalanda and Sheikhpura.

He promised that if the alliance formed the government in Bihar, it would establish the "world's best university" in Nalanda, reviving its historic status as a centre of knowledge. Rahul slammed the NDA for frequent paper leaks, privatisation of public sectors, and growing unemployment.
