Goa, April 13 -- Advocate Pratima Coutinho has appealed to TCP Minister Vishwajeet Rane to reject the technical approval granted by the Town and Country Planning (TCP) department in a controversial construction matter.
The demand comes after residents of Navelim (Ratwaddo) successfully secured the revocation of the construction licence through the local panchayat body.
Coutinho has urged the minister to take cognisance of the panchayat's decision and ensure that the technical clearance is also withdrawn, thereby upholding the concerns raised by local residents.
