Goa, Aug. 7 -- The Mormugao Municipal Council (MMC) has issued a strong warning to residents over the growing problem of roadside garbage dumping, which is contributing to the emergence of black spots across the city.
MMC Chairperson Girish Borker stated that strict action will be taken against habitual offenders, including the possible disconnection of water and electricity supply for those who continue to flout waste disposal regulations.
