Goa, May 12 -- Michael Lobo has stated that everyone in Calangute is free to contest the upcoming Assembly elections, adding that the final decision on the BJP ticket will rest with the party leadership.

Speaking about political developments in the constituency, Lobo said that he and his team are fully prepared and continue to work for the welfare of the people.

"In the end, it is the people who will decide who their next MLA will be. As an MLA, we are working 100 percent for the people. Several works have already been completed, while the remaining pending works will also be completed soon," Lobo said.
