Goa, June 19 -- The District Magistrate of North Goa has ordered the temporary closure of the Ponda-side up-ramp at Merces Circle from June 22 to June 25 to facilitate rectification work. The move is aimed at ensuring the safe and timely completion of repairs on the stretch.

During the closure period, vehicles travelling towards Porvorim will be diverted through the New Mandovi Bridge and the Merces Junction up-ramp of Atal Setu. Authorities have advised motorists to follow the designated diversion routes and cooperate with traffic personnel on duty.
