MAPUSA: FC Siolim moved into the semi-finals of 1st Siolim Villagers Cup with a 5-2 win over Sinquerim Sports Club played at Siolim ground, on Monday.

The highlight of the match was a brilliant hat-trick by FC Siolim's Mayuresh Naik.

FC Siolim went into the breather with a four goals cushion with Saideep Pomburphekar opening the teams account followed by Mayuresh Naik (2) and Pushparaj Mandrekar scoring.

However, on crossing ends, Sinquerim SC came with renewed ideas and pumped in two goals from the boots of Rajat Naik and Rama Parwar.

In the closing stages of the match, FC Siolim's Mayuresh Naik netted his third goal to complete his hat-trick.
