Goa, Oct. 27 -- In a sudden turn of events, data engineering and artificial intelligence services company Innodata India Pvt Ltd has reportedly retrenched nearly 550 employees across its Indian locations. Job cuts were also reported across the company's teams operating in the Philippines. Affected staff members reported being abruptly cut off from internal networks and systems without prior warning during what started as a regular workday.
