Goa, Nov. 6 -- Celebrating 25 years of creativity, dedication and tradition, Gajanan Yuvak Mandal of Powerhouse, Margao, continues to make its Narkasur effigy a major attraction during Goa's festive celebrations.

What began with simple bamboo structures a quarter of a century ago has evolved into an impressive technological creation, with the mandal incorporating as many as 15 different hydraulic systems into this year's Narkasur effigy.

Over the years, the group has consistently introduced new ideas and innovations, earning recognition as one of Margao's well-known Narkasur-making teams.
