Goa, Aug. 4 -- Margao Police have arrested Nigerian national Igwe Chinudde from Morjim in connection with a narcotics case linked to the seizure of 5 kg of ganja in Navelim.

The arrest follows the detention of Mohammad Azharuddin Nur Mohammad, who was arrested two days ago after police seized the contraband during the investigation.

According to police, Igwe Chinudde was apprehended as part of the same case, with investigators probing his alleged role in the narcotics network. Officials said the arrest is a significant development in the ongoing investigation into the supply and distribution of the seized drugs.
