India, Feb. 27 -- The Government has declared Wednesday, March 11, 2026, as a paid holiday on account of Polling Day for the General Election to the Corporation of the City of Panaji. The decision has been taken to enable eligible voters to exercise their franchise without work-related constraints. All offices and establishments covered under the order will observe the holiday in view of the civic polls.
