MARGAO, May 3 -- Three years after a Calangute property dispute escalated into a widely reported standoff and allegations of harassment, French actor Marianne Borgo secured court relief, allowing her to continue residing at the house at the centre of the case.
The District Court at Mapusa, in an order passed on April 29, ruled in her favour across all key interim issues, recognising her long-standing residence at the property and granting her protection from eviction while the main civil dispute remains pending.
