Goa, April 7 -- Six members of the Sancoale panchayat on Monday met the Mormugao Block Development Officer (BDO) to press for a fresh date for the special meeting on the no-confidence motion. The group approached the BDO after the earlier meeting, originally scheduled to discuss and decide on the motion, failed to take place as planned.According to the members, the delay has created administrative uncertainty within the panchayat, prompting them to seek immediate intervention from the block office.
