Goa, July 13 -- A major fire broke out at Rivona in Sanguem, destroying four commercial establishments, including two hotels, on Monday.

Firefighters rushed to the scene soon after the blaze was reported and launched an intensive operation to contain the fire. The flames were eventually brought under control, preventing them from spreading to nearby structures.

No casualties have been reported so far. The cause of the fire and the extent of the property damage are yet to be ascertained. Authorities are expected to conduct a detailed investigation into the incident.
