Goa, Oct. 25 -- The 26-year-old doctor who recently died by suicide in Satara has revealed harrowing details of alleged sexual assault and systemic harassment in a four-page suicide note, according to reports.

The medical officer, who served at the Phaltan sub-district hospital for nearly two years, accused Sub-Inspector Gopal Badne of raping her four times and subjected her to prolonged mental and physical abuse over a period of five months. In her note, the doctor also highlighted coercion to issue fake fitness certificates for accused individuals in police cases.
