Goa, Sept. 25 -- Leader of the Opposition Yuri Alemao launched a scathing attack on the Goa government, alleging a complete breakdown of law and order in the state. "Nobody is safe in Goa. This is not governance-it is goondaraj," Alemao said, accusing the administration of failure and the police of acting under pressure from criminal elements.

"The common man is being crushed, and the police force is no longer independent. It is being controlled by goons," he claimed, further stating that the administration has failed the people of Goa.
