Panaji, Sept. 19 -- An International Coastal Cleanup drive was held at Miramar Beach on Saturday as part of the nationwide Swachh Sagar, Surakshit Sagar 2026 campaign, bringing together volunteers and various organisations to promote cleaner and safer coastlines.

Participants joined hands to remove marine litter from the beach and raise awareness about the importance of protecting Goa's coastline and marine environment.

The Governor of Goa also participated in the cleanup drive alongside volunteers, lending support to the campaign's message of responsible waste management and coastal conservation.
