Goa, Aug. 21 -- A woman parishioner from Chisda was killed and two Goan priests were injured in a hit-and-run accident at Insuli-Banda, across the Goa border, on Wednesday evening.

The three priests - Fr Anselmo D'Souza and Fr Russel D'Souza of the Pilar Society, and diocesan priest Fr Francis - are currently based in Dadar Nagar Haveli. They were travelling to Goa to make a presentation to priests at the Pastoral Institute in Old Goa.

The woman had joined them on the journey as she was travelling to visit her young children, who are boarders at Auxilium Convent, Aldona.
