Goa, Oct. 7 -- U.S. law enforcement authorities have arrested the man accused of killing an Indian student from Hyderabad in Dallas last week. Twenty-three-year-old Richard Florez allegedly shot 28-year-old Chandrashekar Pole while he was working a part-time shift at a Fort Worth gas station on Eastchase Parkway on Friday night, before fleeing the scene.
Police said Florez, from North Richland Hills, fired at another vehicle about a mile away without injuring anyone and later crashed into a gate while attempting to enter a nearby residence on Meadowbrook Drive. Officers arrested him shortly thereafter and recovered a firearm from his vehicle.
