Goa, April 10 -- India on Friday expressed strong concern over the rising civilian casualties in Lebanon amid continuing Israeli strikes, even as a two-week ceasefire is reportedly in place to pause the month-long conflict. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) described the situation as "very disturbing," noting that the developments are particularly alarming given India's longstanding engagement in peace efforts across West Asia.
