Singapore, June 1 -- India has signed an agreement to export its BrahMos supersonic cruise missile system to Vietnam, while a similar defence deal with Indonesia is in the final stages of negotiation, Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh has revealed.

Speaking at the prestigious Shangri-La Dialogue, Singh said the deal with Vietnam has already been signed, although an official public announcement is yet to be made. He added that discussions with Indonesia are progressing rapidly and could be concluded in the near future.
