Goa, Oct. 24 -- The latest Henley Passport Index for 2025 reveals Singapore as the world's most powerful passport, offering visa-free access to 193 countries. South Korea and Japan follow closely with access to 190 and 189 destinations, respectively. European countries like Germany, Italy, and Switzerland also feature among the top passports, granting travel freedom to up to 188 nations.
For India, the ranking presents a mixed picture. The Indian passport now allows visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry to 57 countries, placing it 85th globally, slightly down from last year's 80th position with access to 62 destinations.
