India's T20 squad was officially revealed on August 19 in Mumbai, with chief selector Ajit Agarkar and captain Suryakumar Yadav present. Shubman Gill has been named vice-captain, while Jasprit Bumrah returns to the team. Shreyas Iyer and Yashasvi Jaiswal were left out of the final squad.
