Goa, Oct. 28 -- The Opposition INDIA bloc, led by the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress, on Tuesday released its Bihar election manifesto titled 'Tejashwi Pratigya Pran' during an event in Patna.

The launch was attended by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, Congress leader Pawan Khera, Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahani, and CPI(ML) leader Dipankar Bhattacharya.

According to ANI, the alliance has promised to enact a law within 20 days of coming to power that would ensure one government job per family in Bihar.

The manifesto also introduces the 'Mai-Behin Maan Yojana', under which women will receive financial assistance of 2,500 rupees per month starting from December 1 for the next five years.
