INDIA BLOC DEMANDS DHARMENDRA PRADHAN'S RESIGNATION OVER EDUCATION ROW
Goa, June 8 -- Top leaders of the INDIA alliance met in New Delhi on Monday and underlined the importance of opposition unity while announcing several key decisions on electoral issues, education and the economy.
The meeting took place at the Constitution Club and was attended by leaders from multiple opposition parties, including Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti.
