Goa, Sept. 12 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD), Goa, has issued a yellow alert for September 13, 14, and 15, warning of heavy rainfall expected over several parts of North and South Goa districts. According to the IMD bulletin, heavy rainfall at a few locations is very likely during this period. The forecast also includes the possibility of thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, with wind speeds reaching 30- 40 kmph, and gusts up to 50 kmph.
